Open the gallery where you want to collect voicemails - from the host dashboard

Click the drop menu at the top left of the new window, and select "Voicemail Settings". If voicemail isn't enabled yet, please turn it on and remember to Save changes after.

Click the second button labeled "Scan PhoneBooth QR Code" to access your PhoneBooth QR Code.

1. Open the gallery where you want to collect voicemails - from the host dashboard
2. Click "Menu" at the top right
3. Click "Settings" on the menu list
4. Click the drop menu at the top left of the new window, and select "Voicemail Settings". If voicemail isn't enabled yet, please turn it on and remember to Save changes after.
5. Click the second button labeled "Scan PhoneBooth QR Code" to access your PhoneBooth QR Code.

You can set a custom greeting message if needed, but keep it brief. Be sure to include the prompt "after the tone/beep" so guests know when to begin speaking.
