If you want to download multiple files, hover your mouse over one of them. At the bottom-left corner of the file, you'll see a grey checkmark icon, click on it. This will activate the multi-select mode.

From there you should be able to select all the other files you want to download, by clicking on each. Once you've selected all the desired files, click on the download button that's located on the menu bar.

You can easily download all your photos, videos, and voicemails at once using our Zip Export feature. Simply go to your event in the host dashboard, click on "Zip Export" in the menu bar, and confirm the export. Once the process is complete, you'll receive an email notification. This process may take several minutes depending on the number of files in your event.
