How to set up Voicemails

Voicemails are linked to a gallery and must be enabled from there.

Here's how to enable Voicemails for a gallery:

  1. Open the gallery where you want to collect voicemails

  2. Click "Menu" at the top right

  3. Click "Settings" on the menu list

  4. Click the drop menu at the top left of the new window, and select "Voicemail Settings".

  5. Toggle on "Enable Voicemail"

  6. Set a custom greeting message. We use a default greeting if you don't set one.

  7. Save Changes

This enables voicemails in the guest portal. Guests accessing the gallery will see a Voicemail button on the menu bar. When clicked, they'll be taken to the call screen, where they'll hear a greeting message before leaving their message.

Using PhoneBooth Mode

PhoneBooth Mode allows you to set up a phone booth to collect voicemails from guests during your event. After enabling Voicemails, you will receive a Link & QR Code which you can use to setup your PhoneBooth. If you did not rent a PhoneBooth from GuestCam, you'll need to follow this guide to properly configure your device.
