How to set up Voicemails

Voicemails are tied to a main gallery and must be enabled from there. When Voicemails is enabled on a gallery, guests will see an active phone icon on the menu bar in the guest portal. When clicked, they'll be taken to the call screen to leave their message.

Here's how to setup Voicemails:

  1. Open the Main Gallery you want to set up Voicemails on - skip this if you're already in the main gallery. Example of a main gallery highlighted below:

  2. Click the Menu button at the top right (purple circle with 3 white lines) to open the "Gallery Menu"

  3. Click "Voicemail Settings" on the menu list. You might need to scroll down depending on your screen size.

  4. Switch ON/OFF "Enable Voicemail". ON is when the switch is filled with purple - as shown below. OFF is when the switch is filled with white

  5. If you need to set a custom voicemail greeting, click the "Record Custom Greeting" button to start. Make sure to keep greeting message simple and short.

  6. Click the "Save changes" button
