Content Moderation is a great way to review guest uploads before they're visible to other guests in a gallery. To moderate guest uploads, you first have to turn the feature on.
NOTE: Content Moderation only affects new uploads from guests after the feature is enabled/turned ON.
NOTE: Turning OFF Content Moderation DOESN'T automatically approve guest uploads pending review. Pending uploads would still need to be reviewed and approved.
Steps
Open the Main Gallery you shared with guests - skip this if you're already in the main gallery. Example of a main gallery highlighted below:
Click the Menu button at the top right (purple circle with 3 white lines) to open the "Gallery Menu"
Click "Guest Permissions" on the menu list. You might need to scroll down depending on your screen size.
Switch ON/OFF "Enable Content Moderation". ON is when the switch is filled with purple - as shown below. OFF is when the switch is filled with white
Click the "Save changes" button
