If you need to control what guests can do in your gallery, the Guest Permissions settings are where you do it. Here, you can:

  • Make the gallery Upload-Only, View-Only, or allow both.

    • Upload-Only: Guests can only upload to the gallery - they won't be able to see any other uploads in the gallery except theirs.

    • View-Only: Guests can only view uploads in the gallery - they won't be able to upload to the gallery.

  • Enable/Disable Photo uploads: Controls whether guests are allowed to upload photos to the gallery.

  • Enable/Disable Video uploads: Controls whether guests are allowed to upload videos to the gallery.

  • Enable/Disable Guest Downloads: Controls whether guests are allowed to download photos & videos from the gallery.

  • Enable/Disable Content Moderation: Requires you and authorized host collaborators to approve guest uploads before they become visible to other guests. Learn more about Content Moderation.

  • Set a custom password for guests to use to access the gallery

  • Completely block all guest access to the gallery - ONLY USE WHEN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY

  1. Open the Main Gallery where the sub galleries are - skip this if you're already in the main gallery. Example of a main gallery highlighted below:

  2. Click the Menu button at the top right (purple circle with 3 white lines) to open the "Gallery Menu"

  3. Click "Guest Permissions" on the menu list. You might need to scroll down depending on your screen size.

  4. From here you can set what guests can and can't do
