You can use our ZIP Export feature to download all your event photos, videos (and voicemails) in one click, without manually selecting each photo & video.
Here's how to initiate a ZIP Export:
From the host account, go to the main event view - where you'll see your event analytics. If you're in a gallery/album (viewing photos & videos), click the back arrow next to the gallery name to exit into the main event view.
Click the Menu button at the top right (purple circle with 3 white lines) to open the "Event Menu"
Select "Zip Export" from the menu list
Click the "Start Zip Export" button. This will start organizing all your event files in ZIP file. The zipping process may take some time, depending on the number of files in your event. You'll receive an email notification once it's complete.
